The birth of Thanksgiving

In 1620, Some pilgrims came to Plymouth Rock
It was winter, many of them died
because of lack of nourishing and flourishing food
God sent his son to them near to the dock
Here we are!
Tisquantum became Squanto
Member of Patuxet community,  Native American Folk

Tisquantum, beloved Hero

He feed Survivants
He shared seeds with the Pilgrims
He taught them how to plant these crops
He gave them knowledge about wild berries
He initiated them to catch fish in this area

So for testimony of their thanks,
when Harvest time came
Pilgrims coming from old and far countries
had enough to celebrate
Then, birthed Thanksgiving feast.
Sharing. Giving thanks to the great Harvest.
During three days, no one will know diet, hungry and sadness.
